Today we released the new version of our portfolio area. After some customer feedback in regards to having problems navigating around, we decided to give it some easier navigation. Also, the information was expanded to include a portion of examples on blogs and other projects we have performed work on recently.

Time off – The hard way at Quality XP Development

Uncredible
Well, whomever said that taking time off was easy. This was us at the office after a trailer truck pretty much took out the power, our cable modem backup, and the light post fell on top of the box dishing out the ADSL we use… So, coffee anyone? Whoever said that software development was just about dealing with software anyways?

On a more serious note, ICE did an excellent job of getting services up and running in a record time of less than 12 hours (everything was working by the following morning).

QXD Site Relaunched with new UI and functionalities

  • Posted on February 18, 2009 at 11:47 am

Over the past 2 years Quality XP Development, a costarrican based outfit tailoring to the custom software and database development field, has grown from a group of misfit developers (yes, we were once called that) to a fair sized consultancy shop. Chewing off bigger pieces every time has been their motto, to try and push the group´s knowledge as well as leveraging their current customers’ platforms, enhance existing systems and help them in general to discover the real potential that open source has to offer for them. Why pay for licensing? No idea, they´d rather take advantage of that additional income to build some amazing things. Visit them from time to time, as they will be delving into several areas of software development and I.T. in general on the blog.
